Tips for your conference
Planning a conference
Good planning is the first success. Consider all possible difficulties that might arise and work out solutions. In order to consider all important things, it is best to work with chronological checklists.
The breaks should be set in such a way that they are relaxing for the participants and give them the opportunity to recharge their batteries. Light and digestible snacks and drinks make your participants fit again. This includes yoghurt, fruit, vegetable sticks, cereals, tea and spritzers. Please remember to set your breaks early and adapt them to the course of the conference.
The equipment is important for the successful course of your conference. Make a note of the technology you need for your event and discuss it with us. Think also about special features, like the W-Lan connection with your notebook, if you present an online presentation.
In the case of large numbers of people, an appropriate lead time is required – so talk to us early to arrange a suitable date. When selecting the menu, you should take into account possible personal preferences or religious regulations of individual participants.
